JETSKI BABYLON
with lead vocalist Olly Tilt emulating the melancholic lyrics and melodies from Radiohead’s ‘The Bends’ and ‘OK Computer’ whilst bassist George Gallivan is dirtying up basslines with essence to Queens of the Stone Age and Royal Blood, guitarists Robbie and Max are playing subtly haunting melodies that will stuck in your head on repeat for days, and of course there’s the thumping backbeat of Tom Webb behind the kit with ear shattering fills. The nu-grunge rock 5 piece have only been around since January when they opened up for local emo rockers Lighten up Laura to start their first UK tour, since then the band have gone on strength to strength, playing headlining slots at The Joiners arms and supporting October Drift on the Southampton leg of their UK tour. The boys have chalked up some songs rather quickly and are currently working wit Neil D. Kennedy who’s alumni include Creepr and Milk Teeth to produce their debut record, and are also tipped for a UK tour this autumn.

" Radiating ambience, dripping with harmonic distortion and lyrics that make you want to cry yourself to sleep." -
