After previously helping to usher in Bristol’s indie boom of the 2010’s, guitarist David Woolford and bassist James Laing (Moon Club), vocalist and lyricist Neil Scott (Aztecs) and drummer Nathan Searle (Towers) came together to form this new project following a thirst to create during the pandemic.

Their debut single ‘Things You Don’t Know Yet‘ was released in March 2022, championed by the likes of BBC Upload and God Is In The TV as a ‘mighty impressive debut offering’, followed up by their second single ‘Modern Son‘ in July 2022 and their subsequent debut hometown show, a swift sell out, with rave reviews coming in from the likes of Bristol Gig Guide.

With their jangly guitar swells and heartfelt vocals, coupled with their heart-on-sleeve subject matter, Adult Leisure look set to truly announce themselves as a band not to be missed, and very much ones to watch from here on out. ♫♪♪

In support with tunes aplenty will be:

BASH! are an alt-pop trio formed at Southampton Solent University in 2018. Pioneered by lead singer Amanda Bashmakova, Joe Burgess (guitar) and Angus McIntyre (drums) the trio are departing from their bubblegum pop roots to explore new sonic territories. The band’s 2022 single ‘In My Head’ was featured on Spotify’s ‘New Pop UK’ playlist and their debut 2021 EP ‘Pop In The Key of Love’ was featured by NME, BBC Introducing, and Made in Chelsea. They have supported artists such as Ashniko, Inhaler, GIRLI, and Husky Loops and had the pleasure of playing Isle of Wight festival and opening the main stage at Larmer Tree festival 2019. Big influences on the band include Gwen Stafani, St Vincent, Everything Everything and Viagra Boys. In their spare time the band enjoy playing Dungeons & Dragons, Minecraft, and wearing jeans. For updates on live dates, upcoming music, and general BASH! antics, give them a follow on their Instagram (@abandcalledbash). ♫♪♪

The Ben Moss Trio: Featuring Jake Bland on Bass, and Matt Clark on drums, enjoy the all-electric (except for the acoustic bits) set from Southampton Solent’s all-stars! The Ben Moss Trio combines the musical styles and songwriting of Theo Katzman and Madison Cunningham, with the tight rhythm section of the likes of John Mayer and Ryan Scott. ♫♪♪

Charlie Hales, who previously played lead guitar in The Colour Blind Monks, takes on the stage solo. Drawing inspiration from Jeff Buckley all the way to Thee Oh Sees.
