DeadWax
DeadWax are a fierce, genre-bending force of nature. A unique fusion of Metal, Grime and Hard Dance Music has built them a loyal following in West Yorkshire resulting in multiple sell out shows in Leeds, York and in their hometown of Huddersfield.
Their most recent single ‘Disconnect’ (Produced by Multi-Plat Mike Krompass) smashes genres and bolsters a raw, high-powered energy, showcasing many facets the band have to offer.
The DeadWax live experience is like no other and they’ll be back to kick the industry door clean off its hinges.
“An incredible live act. To see a band this young with this much talent, is a very exciting prospect.” Michael Shiraz, The Parish, Huddersfield
“They are without a doubt Yorkshire’s best kept secret and it is only a matter of time before the rest of the country (and the world for that matter) discovers them.” Gav McCaughey, Robot Management (Ugly Kid Joe, Haggard Cat, The Virgin Marys) ♫♪♪

Blacklight Vice are a 5-piece heavy rock band from Southampton UK, formed in late 2019, just in time for the world to fall apart. Their raunchy guitars, filthy riffs, thumping rhythms and mix of clean and raw, heavy vocals fuse together those iconic sounds of rock & Metal, old and new to create a no-messin’, big, loud and sweaty live experience that even your Mother would love.
In the bands short existence they have supported acts such as St. Agnes, Mimi Barks, Bloodhounds, Raging Speedhorn & InMe plus many more. Blacklight Vice have received extensive international radio play throughout 2022, and were nominated Best Hard Rock & Metal act at the 2022 Radio-Wigwam awards. This lot have no ambitions of slowing up or turning down, so strap in and brace yourselves for what’s to come. ♫♪♪

Leonie Wilson leads this witch-rock concussion on vocals with a range that some commentators have called scientifically improbable. Joining bass player and noir movie heroine, Lara Mason; ginger guitar tree Becky Bird; drummer slash registered thunderstorm, Beth Lock and the relentlessly young and talented Megan Jenkins. ♫♪♪
