Silverline
Silverline are a 4 piece band based in Southampton by a group of old secondary school mates from a village called Yateley. For just over a year now they have been honing their craft, writing many different songs under many different influences giving them a diverse sound within their sets. With some songs harnessing the past and others eagerly looking to the future Silverline is full of unexpected quirks. ♫♪♪
The Parlours
The Parlours are a four piece band from the south coast, who met at school and haven’t gotten round to splitting up just yet. Taking influence from bands such as Sports Team, The Smiths, and Fontaines D.C., they combine the intricate guitar riffs of modern alt-rock with driving vocal melodies that swing from post-punk grit to classic indie rock ballads. With tracks discussing friendship, getting old, fear of responsibility, and 2008/09 Wayne Rooney, their distinct sound that they can’t quite explain themselves makes them impossible to pin down.
Violet Origin
Violet Origin: Hailing from the musical stables of Berkshire, pulling inspiration from the likes of Alter Bridge, GnR and ACDC to name a few. Amazing songwriting with melodies to match, and for the guitar aficionados, some inspired solos to punch the air or mellow out with some blues influence. ♫♪♪
