Frank Turner
Frank Turner is one of the UK’s most successful artists. He’s released 9 studio albums in his 17 year solo career, the most recent of which, ‘FTHC’ (Feb2022) became his first #1 hit on the UK Official Album Chart. His previous four albums have all peaked at #2 or #3 in the chart. Having sold over a million albums worldwide, he has scored three gold-certified albums and one silver status. Since playing his first solo gig in 2004, Frank has played almost 2700 shows all over the world. His biggest UK headline shows include London’s O2 Arena and the world famous Wembley Arena. He has performed at almost every UK venue imaginable, from tiny clubs to stadiums and was even chosen by Danny Boyle to perform at the opening ceremony of 2012 Olympic Games.
Internationally Frank has played headline shows in all continents with big followings across Europe and the USA. He has just completed the ambitious 50 States in 50 Days tour–the first non US citizen to do so and his award-winning 4 day festival, Lost Evenings, in Berlin. The city-based, multi-venue event will be in California in 2023.
During the pandemic, Frank raise dover £200K for struggling grassroots music venues with his weekly series of live streams. This resulted in him winning the Music Venue Trust’s award for Outstanding Achievement for Grassroots Music Venues. He has also won two AIM Awards, one Kerrang! Award and has been nominated for numerous NME Awards. ♫♪♪
Supporting Frank will be
GUISE
GUISE is the voice and heart of Jessica Guise. Possessed of a remarkable folk lilt, she sings with delicacy whilst imparting dry wit and vicious asides. After the success of their first EP, “The Fun Part”, in 2020, Guise released their first studio album“Youngest Daughter” on Xtra Mile, produced by Jess’ husband, Frank Turner. Reaching number 18 in the Official Folk Chart, the album received rave reviews; “a staggering debut from Guise who are surely going to take over the indie-folk scene” (Vinyl Chapters). Building up her live profile supporting the likes of Richard Thompson, Jon Boden, and Will Varley, Guise is an entertainer at heart and her openness, vulnerability and sense of humour set her apart. ♫♪♪
Rob Clamp
It’s not often you come across a voice with such controlled power: even at the emotional heights and depths of the songs, Rob’s voice retains a purity and focus that is all too rare. Rob’s music is filled with real life experiences, performed in his own compelling style, with acoustic guitar accompanied by a variation of foot percussion, bringing you somewhere between Passenger and Newton Faulkner. 2023 has already been quite the year for Rob, playing such festivals as; Victorious, Carfest, Wickham and Purbeck along with selling out shows in both Winchester (The Railway) and Southampton (The Joiners and Heartbreakers). With a debut album due out in early 2024 this hard-working renegade of the live music scene continues to make waves, keeping up his consistent gigging that’s seen him grace stages across the UK and Europe. ♫♪♪
