An immersive grunge soundtrack to your favourite brooding scandi noir drama. Dynamic, heaving and moving, Life In Mono can sink you into the abyss and yet pull you through the darkness. Described as Bristol’s “Metal Portishead” with a front woman every inch a rock goddess.

With play on Radio 1, support form BBC Introducing, 5* reviews from Voice Mag, featured in RTÉ, underground blogs and radio this band really is one to watch.

Moulding textural elements of grunge, punk and metal around the dark heart of Sarah Clayton’s astonishing vocal Life In Mono’s true power lies in their ability to capture their audience, to connect on a profound level and to induce a true emotional response. Add to that the head banging riffs, face bending guitar solos, chest pounding bass as well as earth shaking beats and you have an experience like no other. ♫♪♪

Supporting them will be:

The Rambling Club

Formed on the south coast of England, The Rambling Club released their debut EP, Ready To Begin in late 2022 after several years of slowly establishing themselves. The release fused anthemic indie rock with washed out shoegaze to great success and greatly developed the band’s sound. The band went back to the studio in 2023, recording once again with Neil Kennedy (Creeper, Boston Manor, Milk Teeth), this time as a five piece looking to build on the sound developed on the previous EP. ♫♪♪

Aqualine

Aqualine are a band from Guildford; Ben – vocals, Patrick – lead guitar, Will – rhythm guitar, Gray – bass and Sam – drums, creating explosive yet melancholy alternative rock. Taking broad inspiration from shoegaze, grunge, hip-hop and experimental ambience.

The band convey their recorded sound into well-attended, energetic live shows embedding the raw/live elements into their layered studio sound which excites audiences wherever they play. ♫♪♪

Zero Saints

Introducing Zero Saints, an alt-rock powerhouse looking to become The South Coast’s next dominating force. With Noah Lawlor’s distinctive, expressive vocals and fierce rhythm guitar, Raffi Harley’s melodic and complex lead guitar, Gabriel Oram’s driving bass and Matt Debnam’s booming drum lines, they’re fresh off a headline at The Hobbit, Southampton and have played at venues across the South Coast. Drawing their signature sound from each members’ multi-instrumental musical background, with influences such as Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens of The Stone Age and Green Day they smoothly blend their delicate melodies with energy and noise to create powerful and anthemic alt-rock, with no intention of going quietly or slowing down. ♫♪♪
