Elephants With Shotguns: (EWS) currently work out of Taunton, Somerset. The guys met at University in Surrey, where they both graduated in music. Damon 22 lives in Cornwall and Will 23 lives in Taunton, Somerset, where the band is based. Their hard hitting, heavy riffing style is difficult to ignore and encompasses several rock genres from stoner to alternative as evidenced by comparisons with QOTSA, The White Stripes and Royal Blood. The bands influences cover many artists & rock genres, from Kyuss & Cleopatrick, to the UK’s own Tigercub and Demob Happy and have been meshed with Damon’s (drums) love of D&B, Prodigy & Turnstile creating the unique sound. ♫♪♪
